Reverend Dr. William G. Howard presently serves as the Director of Christian Education at Galilee Baptist Church. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Emerson College (Boston, MA), Master's degree from Boston University (Boston, MA) and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Drew University (Madison, NJ).

He has worked extensively as a writer, consultant, organizer and instructor in the field of Christian Education. And currently, he is the developer of Ministry of Excellence, a program designed to assist pastors in areas of training and instruction in Christian Education.
